US export controls overview
US export controls: This advanced course is the first training of its kind to address ITAR and EAR controls from a Canadian perspective. How do they apply (or not!) to Canadian contractors as a result of the unique relationship that our countries have maintained since World War II in regards to the defense of the North American continent.
The latest ITAR and EAR controls and interpretations, how to manage dual-citizen employees, and Canadian divisions of U.S. defence contractors are all addressed in this 90 minute course (including quizzes to measure the understanding of the matter).
