What payment method is accepted for purchasing online training?<\/b>
The payment method is by credit card, on the site directly. If you want to pay by bank transfer or check, write an email to support@formation-enligne.ca<\/a> request authorization (minimum amount of $500). Payment term is: upon receipt of the invoice.<\/p>\n

I need to purchase the training for one or more people (other than me). Which button should I use? <\/strong> 
You click on the “Purchase for my group, Business section” button. You become the group leader. After purchase, you will need to register the participant(s). Each participant must have their own email address. You cannot use the same email address twice. As a group leader (leader), unless you register as a participant, you do not have access to the training. The group leader can monitor participants’ course progress, invite them back, remove them (after leaving) and access the certificate after successful completion of the course.<\/p>\n

What is the required pass mark?<\/strong> 
75%, you have 3 attempts to succeed, per exam. Following 3 failures, you must send an email to support@formation-enligne.ca<\/a> to have your account reactivated.  
DO NOT PURCHASE ANOTHER TRAINING, YOUR ACCOUNT and YOUR COURSE  WILL STILL BE INACTIVE<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Can I stop the training and resume it later?<\/strong> 
Yes, you can stop or take a break. We suggest logging out of your session at the end of the current module exam. You can open a new session at the time of your choice (less than 6 months after purchase).<\/p>\n

Language of training<\/strong>  
Our TDG training courses are available in both languages, EXCEPT for TMD VRAC and TMD201 (French only).
Once in their session, the user can choose the language of their choice.<\/p>\n

Is there a deadline for completing the training?<\/strong>
Yes, the user has 6 months to complete their training.<\/p>\n

Is a training certificate available?<\/strong>
Yes, after successful completion of the course, the user must print their certificate.
If you are the group manager (leader), you also have access to the certificate of the employees you have registered, under the \u201cReport\u201d tab. It is the responsibility of the user or group leader to save the certificate in PDF format outside the formation-enligne.ca platform (Formations Web Canada Inc. <\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Who should take WHMIS training?<\/strong>
Section 29 of the Dangerous Products Information Regulation requires every employer to train staff who may be exposed to dangerous products.<\/p>

I have already taken WHMIS training, should I repeat it with my new employer?<\/strong>
This remains at the discretion of the employer.<\/p>

How often should I renew my training?<\/strong>\u00a0
Although there is no mention in the law, it is strongly suggested to resume training after 5 years. An employer may have more restrictive requirements, depending on internal company policy.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

TDGR\u2013 TRANSPORTATION OF DANGEROUS GOODS<\/h4>

How long is the training?<\/strong> Course duration for ther TDGR\u00a0 largely depends on the type of training. You can find out this duration by looking at the course description on our pages. The shortest is one hour while the longest is approximately 5 hours.<\/p>

Who must be trained on the transport of dangerous goods regulations?<\/strong>\u00a0 Part 6 of the TDGR requires any person to be trained or be under the direct supervision and presence of a trained person when carrying out shipping (packaging and document preparation) handling (loading and unloading a truck) or transporting (driving a truck) dangerous goods.<\/p>

I have already completed RTMD training, should I repeat it with my new employer?\u00a0<\/strong> Yes since TDGR training is valid only with the current employer.<\/p>

How often should I renew my training<\/strong>? TDGR training must be renewed every three years for surface transport, 2 years for air transport OR when changing employers.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
