Good news for the medical field!
In a spectacular about-face, Transport Canada has just changed (once again) the rules for the use of the CANUTEC telephone number for packages of biological materials shipped under section 1.39 exemption of the TDGR.
Indeed, this change, without warning from Transport Canada (besides the publication of a paragraph in the obscure FAQ), came into effect on April 22, 2022.
